OFFICIAL: Defender Kwame Boakye seals move to Nations FC from RTU

Ghanaian defender, Kwame Boakye has found a new home at Nations Football Club ahead of the 2023/24 football season.

The newly-promoted Ghana Premier League club announced the signing of the defender in a post on social media on Thursday, August 17.

The club is optimistic that the new player will improve the squad as the team prepares for its debut campaign in the Ghanaian top-flight league.

“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of defender Kwame Boakye from Premier League side RTU,” a post on the Twitter page of Nations FC said.

Defender Kwame Boakye becomes one of four players signed by Nations Football Club on Thursday.

Early in the day, the club confirmed the signing of former Asante Kotoko midfielder Emmanuel Sarkodie.

In the past hour, Nations Football Club have also confirmed the acquisitions of Emmanuel Agyemang and Nafiu Sulemana.
