Back into Italian football realms once more, 31-year old Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman has officially joined Cagliari, on a season-long loan spell, including a further year-long option to extend.
Former AS Roma, PSV Eindhoven, Utrecht and Genoa player is still on a parent-club deal with Olympique de Marseille until June 2023, though French club are very unlikely to include him in their masterplan, neither sooner nor later.
