OFFICIAL: Kofi Schulz pens new deal at Austrian side SKN St. Polten

German-born defender of Ghanaian descent, Kofi Schulz has signed a new deal with the Austrian side SKN St. Polten to extend his stay at the club until the summer of 2022.

The pacey full-back joined the Austrian Bundesliga outfit in February 2020 on a 6-months contract after ending his stay at SKU Amstetten.

Following an impressive campaign with SKN St. Polten, Kofi Schulz has earned a contract extension deal.

“We are very happy that Kofi Schulz has decided to extend his contract with us.

"In the crucial phase, he proved how important he is to the team and, with his positive attitude and character traits on and off the field, has contributed a lot to the success of the past few weeks”, Sporting director of the club Georg Zellhofer said after the deal was completed.

He added, "Accordingly, he [Kofi Schulz] took his chance and enjoys the full trust of the coaching team."

Kofi Schulz made 10 appearances for SKN St. Polten and managed to provide 5 assists in addition to his 1 goal contribution.
