Head coach of Hearts of Oak Samuel Boadu believes the sides game plan worked to perfection despite sharing the spoils against WAFA.
The Phobians held the Academy boys to a 1-1 draw at Sogakope in matchday 2 of the Ghana Premier League last Friday.
Kofi Kordzi opened the scoring before Sampson Adjapong restored parity for WAFA.
At the post-match conference, Samuel Boadu indicated his side game plan worked despite sharing the spoils.
“Our game plan worked to perfection but there was a little mistake we have to correct it. From the dugout, misunderstanding caused us to concede against WAFA” he said.
Hearts of Oak is without a win after two matches into the 2021/22 season.
