Partey's future at Atletico Madrid looking uncertain as clubs line up for his signature

The future of Ghanaian international Thomas Partey is looking uncertain at Atletico Madrid as he is yet to sign a new contract amidst several interests from a host of clubs.

The hardworking midfielder has shown quality in Rojiblancos colours for the past couple of seasons. In the 2019/2020 campaign, he has established himself as one of the best assets for manager Diego Simeone.

His exploits have not only pleased the fans of Atletico, but it has also attracted interest from several European giants who are looking to strengthen their squads for the upcoming season.

Though he has been offered a new bumper contract at Atletico Madrid, he is yet to ink the contract to extend his stay.

In line with that, there is uncertainty concerning his future with many reports insisting that he could be looking at other options.

Thomas Partey, 26, is wanted by clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal, Inter Milan, as well s AS Roma.

The new contract presented by Atletico Madrid will see the Black Stars superstar earning more money and his release clause will also double from 50 million Euros to 100 million Euros.
