Expectant parents have numerous way of announcing, via social media outlets, that they have a baby on the way.
From posting ultrasound images to Facebook or getting inventive and creating a fun video to announce the news, there's no end to the possibilities on offer for those expecting a newborn.
Inter Milan defender Danilo D'Ambrosio is no different. The 28-year-old recently took to his official Twitter account to reveal that he and his wife were expecting their own child but, in unusual circumstances, announced the news in a quite peculiar manner:

Posted alongside the captain "Today I feel a little bit bloated...", D'Ambrosio's image shows the right-back posing behind his wife's pregnant body, with only his head on show, to imply that it is he who is pregnant and not his significant other.
We don't need to explain why it's such a strange way of stating that the pair are expecting a baby, but it's inventive nonetheless!
