Ghana Captain Asamoah Gyan joined his teammates in training on Saturday afternoon ahead of the team's quarterfinal clash with DR Congo on Sunday.
Gyan injured his thigh on Wednesday in Ghana's final group D game against Egypt raising concerns about his availability in the quarterfinal clash against DR Congo.

The skipper however joined his teammates for today's training sessions following scans and treatments on him.
