PHOTOS: Black Stars train at Le Stade du Commandant to prepare for high-profile friendly against Brazil

Ghana’s Black Stars trained for the first time in France this evening ahead of the upcoming friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua.

The national team of the West African country opened camp in Le Havre on Monday morning after players left their club sides on Sunday.

As confirmed by the Ghana Football Association (GFA), 23 players have reported to camp with three more expected to join the team in the last 24 hours.

Going according to the schedule of the team, the Black Stars have trained this evening.

Players including Alexander Djiku, Thomas Partey, and Daniel Afriyie Barnieh were all in attendance as the technical team took the team through various drills.

Training is expected to be intensified on Tuesday with a laid down plan for the first of the two friendly matches against Brazil.

That game will be played on Friday, September 23.
