Midfielder Bernard Mensah has commenced training with his new teammates at Besiktas, footballghana.com can confirm.
The Ghana international arrived in Istanbul on Sunday to wrap up a deal with the Turkish Super Lig giants. Earlier today, the highly-rated midfielder signed a year-long loan deal with the side from Kayserispor with the option of a permanent transfer at the end of the 2020/2021 football season.
This evening, Bernard Mensah has successfully had his first training session at his new club. The lanky midfielder appeared in a happy mood as he went through various drills with his teammates.
Besiktas after missing out on clinching the League title last season are preparing for a better campaign next season. They believe the acquisition of the 26-year old midfielder gives them a squad boost and a good chance of league triumph next season.
