Ghana and FC Metz defender John Boye has donated to widows and widowers of Teshie Mangoase in the midst of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
The center-back grew up in Teshie and has decided to give back to the community in times where there are economic challenges as a result of the impact of the deadly disease.
The center-back has provided food items as well as toiletries to aid the widows and widowers to get through the challenges presented by the Coronavirus crisis.
Amongst the donated items included bags of rice, frytol, drinks, cartons of bottled mineral water, cartons of milo and milk, etc.
The donation was done at the Spirit of Angel Church which is located at Teshie Mangoase. Because Boye is currently not in the country, the donation was done by his family.
