PICS: AshantiGold depart to Morocco ahead of RS Berkane game

Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold have left the shore of the countr to Morocco ahead their return leg clash against RS Berkane in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Miners left Obuasi to Accra on Tuesday and flew out from the Kotoka International Airport on Wednesday afternoon for the much anticipated game over the weekend.

AshantiGold earned a slim 3-2 advantage over the Moroccan side in the first leg tie at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadim about a fortnight ago.

19 players travelled with the team to the capital, however, one player will be dropped for the rest to make the journey to Morocco.

Ricardo Da Rocha and his lads are expected to arrive on Thursday with the match scheduled for Saturday at 20:00GMT
