PICTURES: Black Stars touch down in Kumasi to step up training for Angola showdown

The Black Stars of Ghana have arrived safely in Kumasi to continue with preparations for the clash against Angola in the qualifiers for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

The national team of Ghana opened camp in Accra on Monday, March 20.

While only nine players including captain Andre Ayew trained at the Accra Sports Stadium, coach Chris Hughton has a full house today to work with.

All 25 invited players for the upcoming clash reported to the team’s base in Accra at the Alisa Hotel in the morning before the team moved to Kumasi.

Later today, the Black Stars will train at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium as part of the preparations for the game against Angola.
