Pogba: I\'d stop playing if I didn\'t believe Man Utd could win the title

Paul Pogba says he would stop playing if he thought Manchester United's chances of winning the Premier League title was over.

The French midfielder, returning from an eight-week injury lay-off, notched a goal and assist in United's 4-1 win over Newcastle United on Saturday.

The win maintained Manchester City's eight point gap at the top of the table, but Pogba insists United have every chance of chasing down their neighbours.

"The season is very long, of course," Pogba told BBC Sport.

"If I don't believe that [United could win the league], I'd stop playing.

"If I don't believe we can still win the league, I better stop. I'll leave my boots and stop playing football. I'm a believer, we keep fighting."
