According to Sky Sports, Marko Grujic’s Liverpool future is still to be decided, but if he does move this summer it will be on a permanent deal.
The midfielder has had loan spells at Porto, Hertha Berlin and Cardiff since arriving at Anfield in January 2016, but Liverpool have no interest in another temporary deal. They would rather keep him and use him than do that.
With opportunities likely to be limited, however, a permanent move away could suit both parties.
Porto are interested, after he spent last season there on loan, but a fee of around £20m could prove problematic. And, as yet Liverpool have not received an offer for the Serbian international. As it stands Grujic will report back for pre-season training at Liverpool when it gets underway on July 12th.
