Playing for Barcelona FC since 2016/17, through many highs and lows, 28-year old French centre-back Samuel Umtiti has now been targeted by Newcastle. According to The Sun, Magpies are ready to hit a 20 million euros bid, in order to secure former Olympique Lyonnais backliner for themselves and their roster.
Still on a deal with Barça until June 2023, Umtiti, linked more than once to a move elsewhere, including a Les Gones return, is also tracked by Besiktas.
