According to BBC Sport's Simon Stone, Mauricio Pochettino will consider quitting PSG if Manchester United approaches him with a managerial offer.

After sacking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Sunday, United are looking for a new permanent manager.

According to Stone, Pochettino is open to the notion of coming to Old Trafford, and signing the 48-year-old in the middle of the season is a possibility.

The Argentine coach is rumored to be dissatisfied at PSG and could be enticed by a deal that would give him influence over the team beyond first-team duties.

Pochettino, who coached Tottenham Hotspur for five years after a successful period at Southampton, is also thought to be interested in returning to the Premier League.

Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers, and Ajax's Erik ten Hag have also been mentioned as the possible replacement for Solskjaer
