According to the Mirror, Wolves are attempting to convert RB Leipzig forward Hwang's loan move into a permanent signing in January, despite Liverpool and Manchester City's interest.

After joining the Molineux men from RB Leipzig in the summer, Hwang has made a good start to life in the Premier League.

He has four goals in eight Premier League appearances, and his all-around performances have wowed fans at Anfield and the Etihad.

Both clubs have scouted him, with Liverpool searching for players who can provide insurance and competition for Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, and Diogo Jota, and Pep Guardiola looking to add additional firepower upfront.

Wolves, who have the option to buy Hwang, are aware that he is attracting loving eyes and are eager to sign him before the end of his season-long loan to prevent any issues next summer.
