Bishop Isaac Osei aka Ogya Nyame of Shinning Grace chapel has blamed former Ghana national team head coach Kwesi Appiah for Black Stars woes.

Ghana has failed to add to its four Africa Cup of Nations titles after a couple of near misses in the past few years with latest coming in the 2015 Afcon where Black Stars lost on penalty shootouts.

The popular prophet disclosed that the 59-year-old gaffer during his playing days had issues with Abedi Pele over the captaincy and caused the team.

According to him, even when Kwesi Appiah is appointed head coach for 40 times, he is still not going to win any trophy for the Black Stars because of his curse.

He tasked sports presenters across the country to interview the coach and ask him what he said after the captaincy was taken from him and handed over to Abedi Pele because of his inability to speak French.

Coach Kwesi has parted ways with the senior national following the expiration of his two-year contract he signed when he took over from former Chelsea manager Avram Grant.
