PSG fullback Daniel Alves has taken aim at former club Barcelona over complaints about Neymar's move.
Alves had a big influence on Neymar's decision and has taunted his old club.
"When you lose a player of that level, surely you hurt. But Barça do the same with the other teams! I can tell you that we do not come for money, but because we are motivated by the challenges, the passion for this sport,"declared Alves.
"When you can not do any more, you go. The world does not end at Barcelona, contrary to what some think. I do not want to argue. The club is great for its history, the one that the players who go there make it. But the players are still not obliged to stay with Barça.
"Same when Barcelona sells players ... There's nothing to say. I have had a particularly brutal end to my history there, but no one will take my record. We try to respect others, but who respects us?"
