French pundit Pierre Menes has slammed LaLiga chiefs for delaying Neymar's world record move from Barcelona to PSG.
It's been claimed LaLiga officials deliberately stalled delivering the paperwork to rubberstamp the deal, so denying PSG fans the chance to see Neymar make his debut yesterday against Amiens.
Menes snapped: "There is one that will bring a lot to the PSG, it is Neymar, who was presented with great fanfare before the game. We talked so much about him that we do not know what to say.
"First of all, congratulations to the Paris club for having passed this transfer, which I did not believe at the beginning. Now, the Liga will have to behave with dignity.
"I cannot wait to see what (Javier) Tebas is going to say on the day that Real or Barça will put €180m forward for (Kylian) Mbappé. Indecency is like everything, it's not two-speed."
