Ghana winger Quincy Owusu-Abeyie has left Dutch side NEC after just six months at the club.
According to local media reports, the club had to terminate the contract of the 30-year old after he fell out with head coach Peter Hyballa.
Abeyie has not played for the club since last November and was deemed as surplus to requirements.
Abeyie will be available on the market for a new club and has previously played for Arsenal, Spartak Moscow, Celta Vigo and Panathinaikos.
