There is internal pressure at RB Leipzig to accept Liverpool's offer for Naby Keita.

Liverpool have had an opening offer of £57 million tabled several days ago rejected by RBL. The response Liverpool received to their formal approach wasn't that Keita isn't for sale at that price - comfortably a club record fee for the Merseysiders - but that he is not on the market at all.

However, Goal says sources in Germany reveal the stance is not fully supported within the club and there is growing pressure to make a smart business decision.

Liverpool are aware of the fresh developments and will submit an improved offer when they are given indications that RBL are willing to discuss a fee.

Keita, meanwhile, will continue to 'politely' stress to RBL management his desire to move to Anfield this summer.
