RB Salzburg midfielder Majeed Ashimeru makes donation to Nima-411 Muslim community

Ghana and Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Majeed Ashimeru has made donations to the Nima-411 Muslim community as a way of giving back to society.

Ashimeru, who grew up in the Nima-441 area in Accra gave out items to his community during this Ramadan period.

The 22-year-old distributed household items such as beverages, tin of milk, sugar, and fruits.

Early this month, he helped the community by distributing bags of rice, cooking oil and hand sanitizers to fight against the coronavirus pandemic during the lockdown.

The highly-rated youngster has resumed training with Red Bull as authorities in Austria seek to resume football.

He has made 14 league appearances and scored two goals for Jesse Marsch's so far this season.
