RC Lens to miss the services of Ghana midfielder Abdul Salis in games against Monaco, Toulouse & Marseille

Racing Club de Lens will be without top midfielder Abdul Salis Samed on Saturday, April 22, when the team takes on AS Monaco in the French Ligue 1.

The Ghana midfielder has been suspended for three matches in the league after his red card in the game against PSG last weekend.

“The verdict of the Disciplinary Committee is known. Excluded for the first time of the season in the 19th minute of #PSGRCL for an uncontrolled gesture - fortunately without consequence for the affected Parisian player - Salis Abdul Samed received a three-game suspension,” an official club statement from RC Lens said on Wednesday, April 19.

This comes as a huge blow for RC Lens, a team that is piling pressure on PSG on the French Ligue 1 standings.

Not only the match against AS Monaco but Abdul Salis Samed will also miss the French Ligue 1 matches against Toulouse and Olympique de Marseille.
