Currently contracted to Sassuolo, the highly-rated midfielder has in the last couple of years established himself as one of the best players in the Italian top-flight division.
He was linked with a move away from the Neroverdi during the summer transfer window but decided to stay put and be part of the side’s campaign in the Serie A this season.
Following a good start to the 2019/2020 season, AC Milan is said to be monitoring Alfred Duncan as they hope to sign him when the next transfer window opens in January.
