Footballghana.com can report that Ghana Premier League giants Medeama SC has secured a partnership agreement with Spanish Lower Division side Alcobendas Sport.

The Spanish club was recently acquired by new owners with Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey owning a share.

The Tarkwa-based side has now signed an agreement with Alcobendas which will offer opportunities to players as well as technical staff.

Giving an insight into the new deal, Thomas Partey shard, "We try to bring those who are under 20 years old, so they can learn and then be first-division level by the age of 25 or 26”.

“Everyone wants to come now, so we are seeing what can be done”.

This will be a great opportunity for the Medeama SC who has gradually become a force to reckon with on the local scene rocking shoulders with giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
