Reports indicate that an amount of $15,000 has been agreed upon as the winning bonus for the Black Stars at the group stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
According to information gathered from Silva FM, the amount will be the same bonus to be pocketed by the technical team members.
Meanwhile, there has also reportedly been an agreement to pay $75,000 as appearance fees to players and coaches of the Ghana national team at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The bonuses and appearance fees have been agreed upon after consultations and meetings between the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture.
Below is the arrangement as reported by Silva FM:
1.Otto Addo per month $25,000
2.Chris Houghton $20,000 per month
3 George Boateng $10,000 per month
4.Didi Dramani $10,000 per month
Appearance fee: $75,000 each including the players.
Winning bonus:$15,000.
At the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Ghana has been pitted in Group H and will face Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea.
