Patrick Razak is set to make a return to Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak according to multiple media reports.
According to those reports, the Phobians have been in talks with the player and have reached an advanced stage with the move looking likely to be completed in the coming days.
He left the Phobians in 2018 to pursue his career outside Ghana.
Razak is a free agent after his exit from Guinean side Horoya AC a few months ago.
Razak has a wealth of experience in the local scene, having featured for Legon Cities in the past and winning the 2017 WAFU tournament with the Black Stars 'B' side.
