Former Deputy General Secretary of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Antony Baffoe has shared a post on social media to mourn Asante Kotoko legend Joe Debrah.
Joe Debrah, a former poster boy of the Porcupine Warriors has been confirmed dead today, Friday, October 27.
In his post to mourn the death of Joe Debrah, Anthony Baffoe prayed for a peaceful rest for the deceased.
“Joe Debrah Asante Kotoko and Ghana Legend has passed .. li-llāhi wa-ʾinnā ʾilayhi rājiʿūna), Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return 🙏🏿🙏🏿🤲🏿🤲🏿..rest well Big Joe 😞..please.

During his playing career, Joe Debrah who played as an attacker was a menace for defenders.
He was so good that after his 8-year spell at Asante Kotoko, he earned the 'legend' status.
In the Ghana Premier League, he is often compared to Hearts of Oak great Shamo Quaye.
