Rev. Osei Kofi advice Ghanaians to take Covid-19 seriously

Former Ghanaian international, Rev. Osei Kofi has advised the citizenry to take the Coronavirus (Covid-19) disease very seriously and ensure they follow all the precautionary measures.

The deadly disease which was first discovered in the city Wuhan in the Hubei Province of China is in Ghana after spreading to almost every part of the world in the past few months.

As of Monday, May 11, 2020, Ghana’s case count stands at 4,700 with a death toll of 22 as well as 494 recoveries.

Speaking in an interview with West FM, Rev. Osei Kofi has advised Ghanaians to follow all the safety protocols outlined by the government and the health experts.

“We should take it seriously and obey President Nana Addo because our Bible and Quran taught us how we should respect our leaders.

“I will be in my 80s in the next few days but I wash my hands, wear masks, apply my Sanitizer", the former Kotoko striker said.
