Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta has long seen Marco Verratti as his successor.

Barca are preparing a club record €100 million offer for the PSG ace after it broke last week the Italian was prepared to leave this summer.
Inside the Nou Camp, Barca see Verratti as Iniesta's eventual successor - which is something he agrees with.
During last season's Champions League clash with PSG, Blaise Matuidi shared a joke with Iniesta.

Nodding in the direction of PSG teammate Verratti, Matuidi quipped to Iniesta: "There's your replacement."
And in response, the Barca midfielder replied: "Y'know, I think you're right."
