Middlesbrough are refusing to sell Ben Gibson to West Brom.

The Yorkshire Post says Boro have rejected West Brom's bid to sign Gibson because they will only sell top a top-six club.
The Baggies offered a club-record £18m plus £m in add-ons for Gibson.
That offer was rejected as Championship side Boro want to sell to a side higher up the Premier League table.

They claim Tottenham are interested but they would have to sell Kevin Wimmer first.
