Spanish club, UD Levante has issued a statement after learning about the passing of Ghana striker Raphael Dwamena.

In a post on social media, the Spanish club said, “On behalf of #LevanteUD, we would like to express our sincere condolences for the passing of our former player, Raphael Dwamena.
“Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this difficult time. His legacy at our club will always endure.”

Raphael Dwamena in the past played for UD Levente from 2018 to 2020.
He passed away today, Saturday, November 11, after collapsing in Albania during a football match.
Other clubs, journalists, and stakeholders in the football community have all shared statements to mourn the passing of the striker since the news broke.
