Ghanaian youngster, Ropapa Mensah is set to organize a special tournament for kids in his home town, Cape Coast as his way of giving back to the community.

According to checks, the tournament has been dubbed the ‘Oguaa Cup’ and will feature kids who have shown interest in taking up careers in football.

The children will compete in teams and will benefit from footballs, playing apparel, as well as jerseys.

While preparations for the upcoming tournament continue, organizers are urging people wishing to support the event to send their donations through www.gofundme.com/f/oguaa-cup.

Ropapa Mensah who plays for Nashville SC in the Major League Soccer (MLS) will come down to watch the kids exhibit their talent.

Though the date for the tournament is yet to be announced, organizers have given assurance that it will come off before the year ends.
