Ropapa Mensah scores for Chattanooga Red Wolves SC against Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC

Ghana's Ropapa Mensah scored in Chattanooga Red Wolves SC's 3-1 defeat to Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC in the USL League.

Ropapa Mensah started the game at the TicketSmarter Stadium at Future Legends Complex and lasted the full 90 minutes.

The Red Wolves applied strong pressure early in the game, but by the conclusion of the first half, the Hailstorm had outshoot the Wolves 10 to 5.

This was when Northern Colorado started to get their footing. In the eighth minute, Jonny Filipe received a free kick that was deep into the box and was collected by the Hailstorm goalie. In the twentieth minute, he attempted a risky effort that struck the crossbar.

Mark Hernández scored the first goal of the game for the home team in the 22nd minute.

The Red Wolves persisted in trying to equalize, but in the 42nd minute, a low cross from Trevor Amann allowed Bruno Rendón to put the ball in the net, giving the home side their second goal of the game.

In the 63rd minute, Filipe found Ropapa Mensah to complete it and make it 2-1, cutting the Red Wolves' lead in half.

In an attempt to mount one more attacking push, the Red Wolves made their final replacement of the game when Alex Tejera replaced Filipe in the 87th minute. But, Irvin Parra of Northern Colorado would make it 3-1 in the 90+3' minute to seal the victory in stoppage time.
