Russian side Tambov FC sign Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Rabiu

Russian side Tambov FC have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Rabiu  in on-going summer transfer window.

The 31-year-old penned a one-year deal with the club with the option of a second year after passing his mandatory medicals.

The experienced defensive midfielder last season spent the football season with French Ligue 2 outfit Paris FM.

At the end of the campaign, he parted ways with the club after his short term contract expired.

Tambov will become the fourth club Rabiu will play for in Russia. In the past, he has played for teams including, Kuban Krasnodar, Anzhi Makhachkala, as well as Krylia Sovetov.

With his enormous experience, he is expected to play a key role for FC Tambov to ensure they achieve their goals.
