Sampdoria’s pre-season routine under the Bogliasco clouds, before the training camp begins, consisted of a warm-up, technical and tactical drills, a small-sided game and some fitness work to warm down.

Eusebio Di Francesco and his coaching staff put the players through their paces on pitch two, including Vasco Regini, who was available for the morning session except for the match. A double session is scheduled for Friday at the Mugnaini.
