Santos are seeking to recoup money owed by Barcelona over their former player Neymar.
Santos are seeking a percentage of his world-record €222 million transfer fee to PSG, reports Globoesporte.
Not only are they looking for five percent of the amount being sent Barcelona's way, which would be €8.9m, but they are also demanding €4.5m for the supposed non-completion of a contract clause which required two friendly matches to be played between the Catalan and Sao Paulo clubs.
One of these was played, in the format of the 2013 Gamper match, but the other has not been and Santos are said to have sent a letter to the Camp Nou on the matter, without receiving a response.
