Sassuolo v AC Milan: Official Line-Ups

Published on: 30 September 2018

An out-of-form AC Milan will be the visitors at the Mapei Stadium on Sunday evening as Sassuolo welcome Gennaro Gattuso’s side to Reggio Emilia.

It is anyone’s guess who will come out on top in this one, as Sassuolo and Milan have drawn only one match in Serie A, their last meeting; the Rossoneri have won five times, with Sassuolo winning the other four.

Sassuolo have won five of their last six home games in Serie A (L1), while Milan have won only one of their last seven away games in Serie A (D4 L2).

Milan will need to keep things tight at the back, as Sassuolo boast the best conversion rate in Serie A this season (16.5%).

Domenico Berardi has scored eight goals in eight Serie A appearances so far against AC Milan, his most against an opponent in the top-flight.

On the away side though, Gonzalo Higuain has scored eight goals in Serie A against Sassuolo, including a hat-trick in his last appearance against them.

Sassuolo: Consigli; Lirola, Marlon, Ferrari, Rogerio; Sensi, Locatelli, Bourabia; Berardi, Boateng, Di Francesco.

AC Milan: Donnarumma; Abate, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Biglia, Bonaventura; Suso, Castillejo, Calhanoglu.
