Saudi Arabia has stated that holders of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Hayya Card will be granted multiple entrance visas. Tourists who have obtained a visa with the Hayya card can enter Saudi Arabia for up to 90 days, beginning 10 days before the event begins. Tourists from 49 eligible countries can also apply for an e-visa.

Tourists may watch all of their favorite games in Qatar while staying in the comfort of the neighboring country, as Doha, Qatar's capital, is only a 90-minute flight from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's capital.

The capital city of Riyadh, where visitors can stay in lavish hotels like the Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, the Intercontinental, Fairmont, and Shaza, Jeddah, which is quickly developing into the center of Saudi Arabia's burgeoning art and music scene, and AlUla, the location of Saudi Arabia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site, are popular tourist destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Tourists can visit one of Saudi Arabia's highest structures, the Kingdom Center Tower, in the capital city of Riyadh. Tourists may glimpse the expansive city below from the Center Point observatory. If you want to go shopping, there are numerous malls to choose from, including the glamorous Al Nakheel Mall, the sophisticated Riyadh Gallery Mall, and the vast Hayat Mall. Cultural areas such as King Abdullah Park, which features water and light performances, and the magnificent clay-mudbrick Masmak Fortress are must-sees. When you want to take things slowly, go to the National Museum and the breathtaking Edge of the World.

At restaurants throughout the city, tourists can experience authentic Saudi cuisine, traditional Japanese cuisine, Brazilian steakhouses, and French-bistro style food.

A visit to the Jeddah Corniche facing the sea, also known as the Jeddah Waterfront, is a must for all tourists to the busy hub of Jeddah. A visit to the Fakieh Aquarium will expose visitors to a wide range of aquatic creatures.

For shopping, Jeddah offers both traditional markets like Al Balad and Gabel Street Souq and sophisticated retail malls like the Mall of Arabia and Al Salam Mall. A tour to the city, on the other hand, would be incomplete without a stop at Nasseef House and Al Tayebat International City. Jeddah's cuisine is robust, with world-class seafood available in practically every restaurant.

During the World Cup, Saudi Arabia will also host a number of events, including music festivals, film festivals, sports festivals, and more. MDLBeast, the Middle East's largest music festival, will take place during the FIFA World Cup.

The country has also prepared to host the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah. Tourists can also make their way to the annual entertainment and sports festival, Riyadh Season in the capital. However, if tourists are looking for cultural programmes instead then they can make their way to the Winter at Tantoura cultural festival in AlUla. All of these festivals and events will be taking place at the same time as the World Cup, giving tourists plenty of opportunities to enjoy other activities than just football during lulls between the matches.

Increased Number of Flights from Qatar

Travelling from Saudi Arabia to Qatar has never been easier for travellers wanting to explore the authentic home of Arabia. The country has increased the number of shuttle flights to 60 daily flights on the Saudi team’s match day and to 40 daily flights on other days during the FIFA World Cup. The flights will be taking off from both Jeddah and Riyadh.
