Football administrator, Paa Kwesi Arbuah has resigned from his position as the Chief Executive Officer of Ghanaian club Sekondi Hasaacas FC.

The CEO confirmed his resignation in an interview with Connect FM.

According to him, the resignation has become necessary after constant backlash from supporters.

In his interview, Paa Kwesi Arbuah said he can no longer handle the backlash as people continuously blame him for the woes of the club.

He said despite his resignation, he will be supporting and doing his bit to help Sekondi Hasaacas in the background.

“People always blame me for the problems of the club, and I feel I’m not the club’s problem, so it’s just fair for me to resign and offer help as I have always done,” Paa Kwesi Arbuah said in the interview.

Further checks have revealed that Paa Kwesi Arbuah has already informed the club’s management of his resignation.

The club will soon engage a new person to take over as CEO.
