Ghanaian international, Kwadwo Asamoah managed to provide an assist in Inter Milan’s Serie A opener on Monday evening as they whip newcomers Lecce 4-0.

The side now coached by former Juventus and Chelsea gaffer Antonio Conte started the match very well. They dominated and looked like the team that would eventually walk away with the win.

The Nerazzurri did not disappoint and took the lead at the Giuseppe Meazza on the 21st minute courtesy a fantastic goal by Marcelo Brozovic whose curling effort went past Lecce goalkeeper Gabriel. He was assisted by Kwadwo Asamoah who was deployed as a left-wing-back.

Goals from Stefano Sensi, Romelu Lukaku and Antonio Candreva handed Inter Milan an emphatic win as they bid to challenge for the league title this season.

Conte’s team is now on top of the Serie A table on goal difference after match week 1.
