Agent Kevin Kyei has emphasised the crucial role of having a shared vision as he discusses the remarkable success of Ghanaian defender Maxwell Gyamfi during his tenure with Osnabrück last season.

"I am certain that hardly anyone believed that Maxwell would have such an amazing season, crowned with promotion," Kyei reveals in an interview with RevierSport.
