Norwegian top-flight club, SK Brann has rejected an offer from Erzurumspor and 2 other clubs looking to sign attacker Gilbert Koomson in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The Ghana international has been outstanding for the club since the 2020 season commenced and continues to perform for the team week after week.

Due to his eye-catching performances, Gilbert Koomson has attracted a lot of interest from several European clubs.

Footballghana.com can report that Turkish Super Lig newcomers Erzurumspor are one of the teams chasing after the signature of the Ghana forward.

Unfortunately, their bid of three million kroner has been rejected by SK Brann with the club keen on keeping their star man for the ongoing season.

“The situation is that he has a contract until next year. There have been inquiries about him, but we want to have him here. That's probably what I can say about it”, Brann’s sports manager, Rune Soltvedt told VG in an interview.

Besides Erzurumspor, it is understood that there are two other clubs whose offers have been rejected by SK Brann.
