Stade Rennais manager praises Kamaldeen Sulemana after Vitesse win

The head coach at Stade Rennais, Bruno Génésio was full of praise for attacker Kamaldeen Sulemana after the team’s brilliant comeback win against Vitesse in the Europa Conference League.

The Ghana star was in action for the French Ligue 1 club when the team played as a guest to the Dutch club on Thursday night.

In what was a Group G encounter, Maximillian Wittek scored in the 30th minute to shoot the home team into the lead before a penalty kick converted by Serhou Guirassy levelled the score for the visitors in the 54th minute.

Later in the game, Kamaldeen Sulemana who had been a torn in the flesh of the defense of Vitesse produced a moment of magic as he scored with a fine effort in the 70th minute to seal a 2-1 win for Stade Rennais.

Impressed with the performance of his team and the spirit the players showed after conceding first, coach Bruno Génésio could not hide his job as he heaped praises on them.

For Kamaldeen Sulemana in particular, the coach noted that he has been delighted with his performance and how he has settled into the team.
