Retired player and trained coach, Godwin Ablordey has urged fans of Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak to massively patronise the upcoming Super Clash.

The Porcupine Warriors will lock horns with the Phobians next weekend in a Week 31 encounter of the Ghana Premier League season.

Speaking to Akoma FM in an interview, Godwin Ablordey who played for both clubs in the past stressed the importance of fans in the Super Clash.

He called on fans of both teams to troop to the Stadium to cheer on their various teams to victory.

“I wouldn't be shocked if it ends in a draw because Prosper has never lost to Hearts in his coaching career at Kotoko and Ouattara has also triumphed over Hearts.

“I beg the fans to realise that without them, the teams would mean nothing, so they ought to show up in big numbers to lift their spirits,” Godwin Ablodey said.

The Super Clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, May 26.
