Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) headed by Kwabena Yeboah has finally set a date for the inauguration of its branch in the Western Region of Ghana.
The inauguration at the Naakof Hotel in Takoradi is scheduled for 5th September 2020.
The General Secretary of SWAG, Osei Assibey revealed the next destination of branch inauguration and they are Northern Region followed by Upper West Region before Upper East Region.
“SWAG will inaugurate the Western Regional Branch of the Association on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at the Naakof Hotel in Takoradi,"
“This will be the 5th branch after Volta, Ashanti, Bono, and Eastern,”
“Northern, Upper West, and East will follow later,” he concluded.
