Swansea City manager Bob Bradley was understandably frustrated following his side's display in the 4-1 defeat to West Ham on Boxing Day.

Bradley rued the timing of West ham goals, while admitting that his side are their own worst enemies in their current run of form.

"The game can be cruel," he told reporters following the defeat.

"When you go through a bad period it seems as though everything that can go against you goes wrong.

"The timing of the goals were frustrating, we started okay but the first goal takes the confidence away and then the set-play at the beginning of the second-half killed us.

"We're in a period right now where we don't make plays when it matters and it makes for the worstpossible situation.

"I told the players 'there are no words', we have to understand we are our own worst enemy."

The defeat leaves Swansea in 19th, four points behind Crystal Palace who occupy 17th.
