Swansea City to sign OH Leuven attacker Thomas Henry to replace Andre Ayew

English Championship outfit, Swansea City are in talks to sign French striker Thomas Henry as a direct replacement for Ghana international Andre Ayew.

The Black Stars captain at the end of the 2020/2021 football season has left the Swans upon the expiry of his contract.

As a result, the English club has lost its most important player from the past two seasons.

Keen on reinforcing to fill that void, the club has identified Thomas Henry as the perfect replacement for Andre Ayew.

Today, the latest information coming in has revealed that talks between officials of Swansea City and representatives of Andre Ayew are far advance.

The English outfit hopes to wrap up a deal for the French man as soon as possible this summer even before pre-season starts.

Thomas Henry, 25, currently has a contract with Belgium Pro League side OH Leuven. He joined the club in 2019 and has since scored 42 goals after making 75 appearances in all competitions.
