Finnish-born Ghanaian attacker Terry Ablade climbed off the bench to grab an assist in Carlisle United's 2-1 victory against Burton in the English League One.

The head-to-head record for the teams before the game was Carlisle no wins, Burton one win, and one draw.

Carlisle United was the first to attack, with Back, Garner, and Maguire combining at the corner flag to win his side a set piece. Moxon delivered with a rolled throw from a training drill, but Butterworth rocketed his 19-yard attempt high into the Waterworks End.

Dino Maamria's in-form visitors appeared to be on pace for a fifth straight victory when Mark Helm scored against the flow of play after 28 minutes.

Jordan Gibson scored in the 53rd minute after collecting the ball from Dan Butterworth.

Carlisle United continued to push, and as substitute, Terry Ablade headed goalwards, Joe Garner slipped in to score.

Carlisle United will play Cambridge United in their next league.
